YCR was born out of a former pastor’s and general contractor’s heart. YCR witnesses, on a regular basis, churches that have seen precious funds entrusted to them, abused through over-designed plans or excessive change orders. Our broad base of experience and knowledge, coupled with our commitment to ministry, will help you complete your facility in a God honoring way saving you both time and money.
As the finance and construction industry continues to grow, more and more businesses are charging consulting fees well beyond the budget of many churches. Your Church Rep is a non-fee based company that allows the church to determine its support through love offering and honorarium.

YCR will assist in the design, or re-design if necessary, of your facility to fit the budget. Taking the long term approach with YCR as your Owner’s Advocate, will result in a seamless process that yields a finished facility which most often exceeds the expectations of the Owner.
With YCR as your partner, you will be introduced to a church building system that consistently brings construction costs in at 68% to 76% of their MAI appraised value. YCR knows and understands church financing and has established relationships with lenders who provide churches with loans, at very competitive rates.
