“While there are multitudes of books on the topic of numerical and spiritual church growth and leadership, who ever heard of a volume on the practical issues of the literal building of God’s church. But here it is. Dick White has provided an essential read on everything you need to know about “building” a church. Th is volume is a must read for every pastor contemplating or in the middle of a building program.”
R. Philip Roberts, President of Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary
Dick has been involved in development and construction for more than 36 years during which he has been responsible for the design and construction of numerous churches, industrial parks, office buildings, private schools, and retail facilities. His experiences as a developer, general contractor, real estate broker, syndicator, project manager and owner’s representative have provided him an enviable platform of extensive expertise.
Dick has literally written the book on a construction methodology that has saved
churches thousands of dollars. His plan of organization eliminates the monetary
and human energy costs which result from poor design, and the ill will created by
budgetary overruns.
He presently serves as President of Your Church Rep, LLC, a church-building consulting firm, based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
