Any construction project will have its issues. However, a partnered design-build contractual arrangement, supported by the services of a reputable church-building consultant, can go a long way towards creating a seamless project for you. 

Remember, if there is unity in the congregation for expanding your ministry through construction, it can be exciting!  If you’ve hired the right consultant and contractor it can work out the way you planned. There will be no guess work here, it is predictable! Costs and quality can be controlled!
