DIVERSE FINANCING OPTIONS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
Your Church Rep believes it is vitally important to provide diverse financial and capital fund raising options through:
v Church Bonds
v Conventional Church Loans
v Individually Designed Capital Campaigns
BOND FINANCING
When a church begins a capital campaign, it can retain an investment banking firm to underwrite bonds. Fees are paid to the firm—typically a percentage of the total amount of the bond issue. The bonds are first optioned to members of the church and church supporters. This allows the members an investment opportunity in the construction and growth of the church. The balance is then sold to the firm’s clients, who in turn provide the needed capital in much the same way depositors of a bank provide capital for the bank to lend. It’s that simple!
Through our relationships, YCR can provide:
v Taxable Long-Term Fixed Rate Bonds
v Taxable Letter-of-Credit Backed Bonds
v Tax-exempt Bond Financing
CONVENTIONAL CHURCH LOANS
YCR has established relationships that allow opportunities for financing with local and national lending institutions.
Through these relationships, YCR can provide churches:
v Conventional Church Construction Loans
v Short Term Loans
v Long Term Loans
CAPITAL CAMPAIGNS
Conventional three year pledge campaigns typically elapse into diminishing returns within the first year of the campaign. YCR’s concept of raising capital for church building programs is not a one size fits all approach—each church is unique.
Our approach to capital campaigns will eliminate the diminishing returns experienced in a traditional capital campaign. We work directly with the leadership of the church to develop an individual approach, for raising capital, to provide the highest levels of education, enthusiasm, giving and spiritual growth for the church.
YCR provides a combination of formats:
v Harvest Days
v Home Comings
v Seminar Events
v Semi-Conventional Capital Campaigns
v Church and Associational Conventions
This diversified approach enables the church to maintain enthusiasm and financial momentum during the building process.
YCR Works hand-in-hand with the church to determine the best financial strategy for the long-term health of the church.
