Staff and Team Development

Your Church Rep will assist the church in developing a ministry staff central to the Mission and Vision of the church. Our experience in organizational development will enable church leadership to assemble and structure staff and lay volunteers in effective ministry positions.   

MINISTRY DEVELOPMENT 
Internal and External Ministry Assessment

Every Church seeks to share the good news of Jesus through outreach to the local community and equip the congregation for the work of the Gospel. YCR will assist the church in developing highly effective ministries focused on key local demographic needs and assist the church in understanding community growth trends.

Along with outreach ministry development, YCR will assist the church in implementing more successful discipleship, outreach and internal ministries.    

MISSION AND VISION
Developing a Mission and Vision for the Church

YCR will assist the church in developing a Mission and Vision Statement. We will provide church leadership instruction in: 

vThe purpose and the importance for mission and vision statement
vThe difference a properly developed mission and vision statement has 
    on the growth of the church
vHow to develop a mission and vision statement
vHow to cast a mission and vision statement to the congregation and community 

VISION FORCASTING 
Developing a Vision in the Scope of Community Development 

Every church understands the importance of community focused outreach and ministry, but very few churches know what their community will look like in twenty years.

YCR will assist the church Leadership in knowing the city prospectus for the community surrounding the church. We will help the church develop a strategic plan for facility development, construction or relocation and ministry development in anticipation of the cities growth patterns. 

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE 
Developing Church Structure

The foundation of every organization is the organizational structure. YCR understands the foundation of Christ in the success of any church endeavor and the necessity of a properly structured organization. 

YCR will assist the church in:
v  Understanding linear, Corporate and team structures
v  Evaluating relevant  structures for the church
v  Transition of structures  

CONFLICT IN CHANGE
Preparing the Church for Growth 

No one likes change. Change requires us to move from our comfort zones and stretch our faith, heart and mind. YCR will help the church plan for the struggles ahead by preparing the leadership with instruction on what to expect in the growth process and how to anticipate conflict. 

YCR will provide instruction in:
